All our refurbished devices are shipped in their sustainable and 100% recyclable Loop-Mobile packaging. We quality check our packaging to offer great protection to your device in transit.

All our refurbished devices come with accessories including cables. These are compatible but not original manufacturer equipment.

Our grades correspond to the state of external wear of our refurbished products. We have created a simplified and clear cosmetic classification system that precisely defines the grade of each device:

Excellent: The body may have very light micro-scratches which you wouldn’t see with normal use. As for the screen, there might be some really light signs of use, but you wouldn’t notice them when you’re actually using it.

Good: The body will have some light scratches, or it might have a small dent or two. As for the screen, there might be some light signs of use, but you wouldn’t notice them when you’re actually using it.

Fair: The body will have some slightly deeper scratches, or it might have a dent or two. As for the screen, there may be some light scratches that are slightly visible when the device is on.

All our devices undergo rigorous quality checks to make sure that they’re in top condition. When it comes to the battery, we make sure that these provide at least 80% of their initial charging capacity. We also offer devices with a New Battery – providing 100% battery health – if you need additional peace of mind, or you can opt for an Enhanced Battery – providing 90% battery health that surpasses the industry standard.

All our refurbished products have a 12-month warranty that covers all technical malfunctions but does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft.

All orders received before 1pm are shipped on the same day - You’ll receive your order before you know it! We use courier tracking numbers for every order, you will be able to follow your package from shipment to your door.

A refurbished device is a used device that has been tested and graded by our experts. We test 75 key features on each device to provide you with the best quality.
