Based on average emissions saved across all products Loop Mobile sells, excluding repair, usage and end of life disposal in the UK, US and Europe.

• Orders received before 1pm Monday-Friday will ship on the same day.
• Orders received after 1pm or on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next available business day.
• All orders are delivered with DHL Express (unless otherwise stated) and come with tracking. DHL guarantee delivery in 1-2 working days.

• All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
• For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
• Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 5 working days after we receive the order.

• All devices come with a 12-month warranty that cover all technical malfunctions, including the battery and camera.
• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
