A charging cable to power your phone. We provide high-quality, tested, and certified third-party accessories with all of our devices instead of the default manufacturer ones. This is because they offer the same high performance but with the extra savings passed onto you.
SIM ejector pin
The small SIM card removal tool to help you open the SIM tray on your phone.
Loop's own packaging
All of our devices are packaged in 100% recycled - 100% recyclable Loop branded boxes. Quality checked to ensure they offer great protection to your device in transit, we are caring for your device, and the planet.

Fast & free delivery
- Orders received before 1pm Monday-Friday will ship on the same day.
- Orders received after 1pm or on weekends or public holidays will ship on the next available business day.
- All orders are delivered with DHL Express (unless otherwise stated) and come with tracking. DHL guarantee delivery in 1-2 working days.
30-day free returns
- All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
- For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method and the whole typically take upto 5 working days after we receive the order.
12-month warranty
- All devices come with a 12-month warranty that cover all technical malfunctions, including the battery and camera.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
Our grades
‘Fair’ grade devices will have signs of use which would typically include light scratches but could potentially include deeper scratches. There could also be dents on the body. The device will work just fine - and there’s no scratch or dent that a case can’t hide.
Every device has been fully tested, including a 75-point quality check to validate everything is 100% functional. All our devices include a healthy battery, with minimum of 80% battery capacity.
What battery do you need?
All our devices undergo a gruelling quality check, and include a healthy battery as standard - with at least 80% of its original battery life. According to the world’s biggest tech brands, that makes for pretty much peak performance.

How will my device be protected during the shipment?
All our refurbished devices are shipped in their sustainable and 100% recyclable Loop-Mobile packaging. We quality check our packaging to offer great protection to your device in transit.
What accessories come with my device?
All our refurbished devices come with accessories including a cable and AC plug. These are compatible but not original to the manufacturer equipment.
What are our Grades
Our grades correspond to the state of external wear of our refurbished products. We have created a simplified and clear cosmetic classification system that precisely defines the grade of each device:
Pristine: Like-new condition, flawless screen and body.
Very Good: Light scratches not visible at more than 12 inches. Screen may have light sign of wear, not visible when is in operation.
Good: Light but obvious scratches or dings visible on the screen and body.
Fair: Signs of use including potentially deep scratches and possible dents on the screen and body.
What is the battery health of my device?
We test all our batteries. They must reach at least 80% of their initial charging capacity to ensure the efficiency of your phone.
What is the warranty?
All our refurbished products have a 12-month warranty that covers all technical malfunctions but does not support accidental damage, water damage, loss or theft.
When will my order be dispatched?
All orders received before 1pm are shipped on the same day - You’ll receive your order before you know it! We use courier tracking numbers for every order, you will be able to follow your package from shipment to your door.
What is a refurbished device?
A refurbished device is a used device that has been tested and graded by our experts. We test 75 key features on each device to provide you with the best quality.
