30-day free returns
- All devices can be returned to us for free within 30 days of purchase by contacting our customer service team Monday-Friday and between 9am-5pm.
- For a return to be eligible, devices must be in the same condition that you receive them in, and be returned to us in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Refunds are credited back to the customers original payment method, typically this can take up to 5 working days after we receive the retunred device.
12-month warranty
- All devices come with a 12-month warranty that cover all technical malfunctions, including the battery and camera.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or theft.
